Britain’s tech czar doesn’t do email

Did you know Britain had a “Technology Outreach Czar”? I didn’t. His name is Sir Bonar Neville-Kingdom.
Anyway apparently he hasn’t figured out this Intarweb thingy yet, because he has a flunkey read his email for him — he patronizingly calls her his “blackberry girl”.
